The Southeast District has released its all-district softball teams.

PORTSMOUTH — The Southeast District Softball Coaches Association has released its all-district lists, which include many names fans have become familiar with this spring.

In Division IV, South Point’s Kota Copley was named the Player of the Year, Wheelersburg’s Ava Estep earned that honor in Division V, Fairfield’s Rilee Quickle is the Division VI POY, and Notre Dame’s Ava Rush has collected the accolade in Division VII.

Here’s a look at the rest of the honorees throughout the district. 

Division III

Chillicothe’s CJ Rittinger and Vivian Morgan, Unioto’s Mackenzie Welch and Athens’ Adyson Williams were named to the first-team list in Division III, joining the Division’s POY, Sheridan’s Megan Ranck.

Making the second-team list are Miami Trace’s Zoey Grooms and Kaylee Everhart, Unioto’s Haylee Hull, Athens’ Ellie Beck-Aden, and Chillicothe’s Cadie Boltenhouse.

Unioto’s Macie Cox and Mackenzie Eisel, Athens’ Fern Sigman, Miami Trace’s Aubrey Keaton, and Keionnie Ackley, Washington’s Olivia Haycook, Mikhaylee Ragland, Jayden Skeens and Hailey Lemaster, and Chillicothe’s Josie Huddleston were named to the honorable mention list.

Chillicothe’s Vivian Morgan and Sheridan’s Mark Paxton shared Coach of the Year honors.

Division IV

Joining Copley with first-team honors are teammates Adyson Copley and Kaylee Stidham, Logan Elm’s Sadie Binkley and Peyton Richendollar, Gallia Academy’s Ava Angel and Chloe Bennett, Fairfield Union’s Ella Harmon, Warren’s Jayda Murray, Jackson’s Maddie Wright, Serenity Taylor and Lillie Eberts, Circleville’s Claire Davis, Waverly’s Lexi Smith, and Hillsboro’s Addley Miller.

Second-team honorees are Logan Elm’s Morgan Armold, Circleville’s Kaylee West and Rylee Starner, Gallia Academy’s Maggie Davis, Waverly’s Addi Hudnell and Ava Robertson, Hillsboro’s Chloe Roberts, Warren’s Bralynn Bonnette and Danica Gates, Fairfield Union’s Maddie Lanning, Vinton County’s Kolbie Fri and Kalia Alder, and McClain’s Olivia Stegbauer, Brie Cummins and Leah Lovett.

South Point’s Raygan Yates, Warren’s Gracie Adams, Hillsboro’s Rilynn Swisshelm and Peyton Spurlock, Logan Elm’s Hannah Gooley, Circeville’s Makaylee Holbrook, Jackson’s KJ Worsham, Gallia Academy’s Taylor Wilcoxon, and Waverly’s Hayden Jones are honorable mention selections.

Logan Elm’s Jeremy Binkley is the Division IV Coach of the Year.

Gallia Academy’s Ava Angel is a first-team all-district selection.

Division V

The Division V first-team honorees, alongside Estep, are Piketon’s Aubrey Heath, Addy Blakeman and Jaylin Forbes, Meigs’ Bella Roush and Natalie Goode, Adena’s Marly Halcomb and Jo Jett, Wellston’s Maddie Childers and Rece Korr, Ironton’s Khamil Martin and Ava Bihl, Wheelersburg’s Mylee Gleim and Emmee Eaton, Southeastern’s Kylie Williams and Ally Fisher, North Adams’ Carlee Garrison, Portsmouth’s Caitlyn Galloway, Huntington’s Taylor Tisdale, Coal Grove’s Izzy Kitts, Eastern Brown’s Addison Arey, and Northwest’s Lauren Copp.

Joining Quickle on the first-team list is teammate Kelsie Crowder, as well as Lynchburg-Clay’s Noel Barnhill and Sadie Kuipers, Valley’s Ryleigh Weeks and Emilie Barr, Peebles’ Kaelyn Musser and Kendall Myers, West’s Lainey Cook and Ally Buckner, Manchester’s Eliana Applegate, Eastern’s Leah Rader, Aubrey Quillen and Kenleigh Bapst, Belpre’s Addy Stewart and Lucy Ruble, and South Webster’s Addi Claxon and Jaiden White.

Earning second-team honors are Manchester’s Bristynn McClanahan, Addilyn Hunter and Haven Newland, Nelsonville-York’s Lilly Gura, Paige Hartman and Ava Nungester, Federal Hocking’s Anayiah Ellis and Sophia Wilkes, Fairfield’s Jorgia Smith and Ally Maynard, West’s Kylee McCleese, Lynchburg-Clay’s Aubrey Roberts, South Webster’s Kaylee House, Eastern’s Lynnleigh McCollister, Valley’s Kendyl Christman and Laylee McGraw, Peebles’ Kendall Young, and Belpre’s Ava Brooker.

Highlighting the honorable mention list is Federal Hocking’s Paige Amlin and Rorie Tabler, Peebles’ Jerzi Tong and West’s Layla Kamer.

Valley’s Chad Wolfe is the Division VI Coach of the Year.

Division VII

Joining Rush on the first-team list are teammates Alayla Soard and Maycee Ford, Symmes Valley’s Brenna Tibbs and Marley Ferguson, Clay’s Elin Shaw, Heidi Smith and Alayna Shepherd, Eastern Meigs’ Aedre Ault and Ashlynn Thomas, Southern’s Taylor Roberts and Jaylynn Hupp, New Boston’s Rilyn Holbrook, Trimble’s Jessa Davis and Olivia Kasler, Green’s Baylee Bridges, Western’s Bailey Ison, and East’s Ella Shope.
