The Southeast District released its all-district baseball teams on Wednesday afternoon, highlighting an abundance of local athletes for their efforts this spring.

The list, which includes, first-team, second-team, honorable mention and special mention accolades, also adorned several area coaches with Coach of the Year honors — Jackson’s Josh McGraw, Unioto’s Tony Taylor, Ironton’s John Hunt, Lynchburg-Clay’s James Flowers, Eastern Meigs’ Chris Stewart, Huntington’s Chad Carroll and Manchester’s Trey Meade, South Webster’s Ryan McClintic and Clay’s Kylon Crabtree.

Here’s a look at the full list of player selections inside SOSA’s coverage area, separated by divisions.

DIVISION II/III

In Divisions II/III, the first-team list includes Miami Trace’s Gaige Stuckey and Brody McBee, Jackson’s Gaven Jones, Tucker Williams, Ryan Seimetz and Noah Ernst, Chillicothe’s Mason Brown, Athens’ Justin Bennett and Easton Nuzum, Circleville’s Trent Smith and Glavine Bigam, and Hillsboro’s Zach Brown.

The second-team honorees are Miami Trace’s Jameson Hyer and Cam Morton, Circleville’s Austin Gray, Jackson’s Bodhi Wolford, Athens’ Landon Baker, Chillicothe’s Trent Wade, and Hillsboro’s Luke Holland.

Circleville’s David Northam, Jackson’s Easton McGraw, Athen’s Ryan Cornwell and Miami Trace’s Austin Brown are honorable mention honorees.

Special mention honors were earned by Chillicothe’s Vincent Haller and TJ Barr, Jackson’s Nolan Johnson, Hillsboro’s Wes Bailey and Brayden Hunter, Athen’s Noah Sincoff and Jack Kristofco, and Circleville’s Drew Thornsley.

DIVISION IV

The first-team all-district list in Division IV is headlined by Fairfield Union’s Micha Hartman and Ashton Waldrop, Unioto’s KB Perkins and Keegan Snyder, Waverly’s Hunter Hauck and Kage Alexander, Logan Elm’s Kelton Bennington, Gallia Academy’s Beckett Camden, Vinton County’s Austin Faught, Westfall’s Noah Stonerock and AJ Pluta, Washington’s Will Miller and Aden Osborne, and McClain’s Cohen Six.

Second-team honorees in DIV are Logan Elm’s Grant Cline, Vinton County’s Jackson Walker, Unioto’s Jaxon Zickafoose and Blake Sanders, McClain’s Connor Chandler, Gallia Academy’s Logen Drummond, Fairfield Union’s Eli Wolfe, and Westfall’s Mason Wright.

Logan Elm’s Mason Gentry and Dylan Neff, Waverly’s Braylon Spriggs, Gallia Academy’s Tylar Young, Washington’s Gavin Coffman and Sam Lotz, Vinton County’s Wyatt Channell, Unioto’s Jack Welch, and Fairfield Union’s Garrett Dilcher are honorable mention recipients.

Special mention honors go to Fairfield Union’s Jacob Forson and Ben Barringer, Vinton County’s Braydon West, Gavin Clark and Rylan Brown, Unioto’s Caden Cutright and Ethan Puckett, Waverly’s Will Armstrong and Mason Sparks, Westfall’s Jaden Towler and Brenden Tuttle, McClain’s Alex Perie, Logan Elm’s Josh Hunter and Keegan Diehl, Gallia Academy’s Matthew Foster, and Washington’s Logan Krape and Nick Penwell.

DIVISION V

In Division V, the all-district teams were split into East and West Divisions.

In the East, the first-team list is made up of Coal Grove’s Derik Bloomfield, Ironton’s Ian Ginger and Jacob Hughes, River Valley’s Logan Deel, Meigs’ Braden Hawley and Brodie Fackler, Nelsonville-York’s Cameron Sullivan, Fairland’s Ethan Wall and Garrett Cornwell, Oak Hill’s Eddie Abele and Andy Meldick, South Point’s Kolton Layman and Brayden Hanshaw, Rock Hill’s Dawson Lewis, Wellston’s Karter Witt and Braxton Ingalls, and Alexander’s Mason Morris.

The second-team is comprised of Alexander’s Noah Ray, South Point’s Ethan Layne and Joey Labaldo, Ironton’s Bryson Kerns, Meigs’ Jake Martin, Fairland’s Wyatt Thomas, Wellston’s Rylan Long, Nelsonville-York’s Walker Stone, Oak Hill’s Mikey Williams, and Coal Grove’s Leland McKnight.

Honorable mention honors in the East go to Ironton’s Tyler Roach, Fairland’s Elias Blankenship, Oak Hill’s Joe Anteby and Wellston’s Justin Jackson while special mention accolades were earned by Fairland’s Luke Brown, Alexander’s Trent Schaad and Chris Harris, Wellston’s Brenton Moon and Kale Faught, Nelsonville-York’s Dallas Snider and Logan Meek, Oak Hill’s Layne Swingle and Jessee Zachariah, Rock Hill’s Drew Schug and Logan Hopper, and Meigs’ Addison Whitlach and Brady Davis.

The West all-district first-team list includes Piketon’s Zack Hannah, Wheelersburg’s Brady Doss, Jack Picklesimer and Ean Conn, Northwest’s Levi Shepherd, Valley’s Tate Queen, Carson Powell and Jaekyn Ridout, Zane Trace’s Gunnar McCullough, Lukas Oiler and Josh Young, Portsmouth’s Trevin Brooks, Jacob Roth and JT Williams, Minford’s JD Matiz, Lynchburg-Clay’s Cole Wells and Braedon West, and West’s Will Kegley.

Piketon’s Mason Roberts and Jace Ritchie, Northwest’s Andrew Nichols, Lynchburg-Clay’s Christian Flowers, Valley’s Gabe McNeil, Zane Trace’s Pierce Manson, West’s Isaak Tipton, and Minford’s Mason Bradley are second-team all-district selections in the West.

Honorable mention accolades go to Piketon’s Buddy Wilson, Zane Trace’s Landen Jarrell, Lynchburg-Clay’s Josiah Burns and Valley’s Nolan Barnett while special mention honors Piketon’s Grayson Roberts and Wayde Fout, West’s Bryson’s Kessinger and Max Rapp, Minford’s Jackson Shoemaker, Northwest’s Payton Bell and Blake Fenton, Portsmouth’s Collin Perry and Malachi Loper, Wheelersburg’s Jake Clevenger and Brody Wilburn, and Lynchburg-Clay’s Cody Bell and Asher Faust.

DIVISION VI

The Division VI all-district teams are also split into East and West Divisions.

In the East, Eastern’s Trey Kelly, Waterford’s Zavier Heiss and Braun Doak, Symmes Valley’s Braden Hankins and Will Jones, Southeastern’s Carson McWhorter, Eastern Meigs’ Ethan Edwards and Brady Rockhold, Belpre’s Chris Copen, Chesapeake’s Peyton Muncy are all first-team honorees.

The second-team list includes Eastern Meigs’ Alex Collins, Rohwan Gilmore and Caleb Abner, Eastern’s Christian Smith, Symmes Valley’s Tanner Corn and Belpre’s Carson Moore.

Southeastern’s Gage Cheadle, Eastern Meigs’ Ayden Wilhelm and Symmes Valley’s Bronx Carpenter are honorable mention honorees while Belpre’s Ryan Owens and Kurtis Lemon, Waterford’s Colten Jones and Cole Sparling-Ponchak, Eastern’s Declan Davis and Brady Moore, Southeastern’s Joey Pfeifer and Lane Williams, and Eastern Meigs’ Lance Hensler and Braylyn Johnson have earned special mention honors.

In the West, Manchester’s Thomas Barnhart and Luke Applegate, North Adams’ Carsyn Raines, Peebles’ Brandon Rayburn, Eastern Brown’s Pryce Murphy and Jackson Prine, Adena’s Austin Magill and Colton Garrison, and Huntington’s Troy McDonald and Brayden Elliott have earned first-team honors.

Second-team honors have been earned by Huntington’s Matthew Jordan and Seth Throckmorton, Manchester’s Clayton Colvin and Leland Horner, Peebles’ Garrett Shively, and Eastern Brown’s Drew Edmisten.

Adena’s Marcus Jackson, North Adams’ Connor Young and Eastern Brown’s Braxton Vance are honorable mention recipients while Peebles’ Bradley Shoemaker and Nathaniel Cummings, Eastern Brown’s Andrew Campbell and Mason Riggs, Adena’s Christian Heath and North Adams’ Carson Osborne have been named special mention.

DIVISION VII

Division VII has also been split into East and West Divisions.

In the East, South Webster’s Hunter Barnard, Bryson McClintic and Benaiah Andrews, Green’s Landon Kimbler and Jon Knapp, Southern’s Gryphon Thomas and Brandon Laudermilt, and Trimble’s pair of Bradley Cahoe and and Bennie Warren are first-team all-district honorees.

The second-team list includes Ironton St. Joe’s Evan Aldridge and Landon Rowe, Federal Hocking’s Brody Rutter, South Webster’s Jacob McGraw, and Trimble’s Chayse Henry and Owen Sikorski.

Honorable mention honorees are Green’s Blake Smith, Ironton St. Joe’s Beckham Waginger, Southern’s Carson Reuter and South Gallia’s Ayden Cornwell while special mention accolades go to Ironton St. Joe’s Wesley Neal, Trimble’s Chase Patton, Green’s Quincy Merrill, and South Webster’s trio of Tristan Belford, Dylan Shupert and Brody Perkins.

As for the West, Whiteoak’s Zander Roades and Jacen Applegate, Fairfield’s Zane Matthews and Corbin Willey, Notre Dame’s Luke Cassidy and Ethan Kingery, Paint Valley’s Preston Fauber, Clay’s Evan Rider, East’s Dustin Bailey and Western’s Josh Brewster are first-team honorees.

On the second-team list are Clay’s Aiden Ball and Zane Ball, Paint Valley’s Jase Rinehart, Western’s Wes Satterfield, Notre Dame’s Eugene Collins, Fairfield’s Blaine Fauber and Corey Zimmerman and Whiteoak’s Jonah Michael.

The honorable mention selections are Whiteoak’s Izayah Clift and Jacob Kiley while the special mention group includes Fairfield’s Otis Cockerill, Clay’s Dawson James and Isaiah Whitt, Notre Dame’s Brody Coleman and Mason Tarr, East’s Zander Cook and Bryton Lenney, Western’s Tyler Kerns and Jeffrey Humphrey, and Paint Valley’s Willy Wheaton and Carson Free.
