CHILLICOTHE — There isn’t much that Hannah Hull hasn’t accomplished in the circle.

But this year, more than any other, has been special for Unioto’s senior hurler.

While leading her Shermans to their first Gold Ball since 1998, Hull has won 20 games while posting a 1.54 ERA and 120 strikeouts — both league highs.

Those statistics and ability to lead the rest of her teammates to victory are the leading reasons why Hull has been named the SVC’s Player of the Year.

Also headlining the conference’s all-league honors is Unioto coach Rob Hull, who is the Coach of the Year. Hull’s Shermans sit at 20-3 overall.

Joining Hull with first-team honors are teammates Abbie Marshall and Alexis Book. Marshall is hitting .513 with a league-leading 10 home runs and 38 RBIs while Book is batting .500 alongside nine bombs and 37 runs scored.
