COLUMBUS — The Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association released its Division I and II All-Ohio girls basketball teams Tuesday afternoon and a handful of names within SOSA’s coverage area graced the list.
In Division II, Unioto’s Emily Coleman and Miami Trace’s Shay McDonald earned special mention All-Ohio honors.
Coleman led the Shermans to their second consecutive Gold Ball, as well as a sectional title, while McDonald helped her Panthers win a share of the FAC title and a sectional crown.
Waverly’s Zoiee Smith, Unioto’s Amber Cotrill, McClain’s Kyla Burchett and Washington’s Shawna Conger also received recognition, earning honorable mention All-Ohio status.
